Terms and Conditions for ordering ammunition:
- You agree that you must be at least 18 years of age to purchase rifle ammunition or at least 21 years of age to purchase handgun ammunition.
- All ammunition sales are final. Ultimate Ammunition does not accept returns of ammunition for any reason - no exceptions. Please ensure all items are correct before submitting your order for any ammunition products.
- By purchasing any ammunition from Ultimate Ammunition, you certify that you will comply with any and all requirements imposed by applicable U.S. federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and administrative policies.
- You are not an unlawful user of any controlled substances; are not subject to any restraining order, you have never been committed to a mental institution or have been adjudicated as mentally defective.
- You have not been convicted of a felony, and/or a domestic abuse misdemeanor
- You agree to abide by Federal Laws and will not sell ammunition to any minor
- You are not legally prohibited from ordering, possessing or owning the ammunition being ordered.
Shipping:
- All orders will be sent via FedEx Ground, and if you waive the "signature required" option when placing your order, you are liable for stolen or lost shipments.
- Ultimate Ammunition cannot ship orders to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO Boxes and the following states: Alaska, California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, New York, Washington D.C., U.S. Territories. If you reside in one of those states, please check your local laws and regulations as some gun stores may be able to receive your order for you. Please contact your local gun store before placing your order, and email/call us to place your order.
Prices / Tax:
- All prices are shown in U.S. dollars, taxes and shipping charges are not included and will be added in the shopping cart. All prices are subject to change without notice, and you agree that taxes may be adjusted from the amount shown on the payment checkout screens. Several factors may cause this adjustment, such as variances between processor programs and changes in tax rate
- You are responsible for any applicable sales or use taxes, duties or other governmental taxes or fees payable in connection with your purchase.
Availability:
- Out-of-Stock / Coming Soon Items: Due to the current high demand of ammunition, we may offer the option to pre-order a product before it becomes available. If you choose to pre-order a product, we will not charge your credit card until the product becomes available and we can ship your order.
- A product posted on our website does not guarantee that product’s availability. In some cases, we may have to cancel a placed order when we determine a product is no longer available temporarily or permanently, in which case we would give you the option to either cancel your order, replace the item with a similar item, or wait until the item is back in stock. All items are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, to reject all or any part of an order and to discontinue products without notice, even if you have already placed your order.
