| EMMA (Extra Match Military Ammunition) is a method developed and used by Ultimate Ammunition to produce extra match ammunition with the same accuracy and consistency as handmade competition ammunition, but suitable for military use. To guarantee the same quality and repeatability, each round is carefully assembled with high precision custom machines and the most precise tools available. Our technicians who work on these lines of cartridges have decades of experience in reloading and long-range shooting. They are specifically trained and dedicated to make the most accurate ammunition, while meeting the most demanding military standards. |  |

Our custom-designed assembly plant uses a thorough process with tight tolerances in order to deliver the same level of quality, round after round. Every step of the way, we pay close attention to the manufacturing and measuring equipment, selecting only the best tools on the market. We also have proprietary tools and machines built specifically for our needs.
Components, and the interaction amongst them, are as important as good tooling and manufacturing processes. We have selected the best components available for military use. Benchrest components deliver interesting performance but are not always adapted to military requirements. We offer multiple proprietary designs, especially for specialty military ammunition.
